Site Assessment & System Selection

Pre-Pour Chemical Soil Treatment
Where chemical treatment is specified, the termiticide is applied in strict accordance with the manufacturer's label and AS 3660.1 — covering all soil surfaces beneath the slab, around penetrations, and at the perimeter. Application rates and coverage are documented for the compliance certificate.
Physical Barrier or Reticulation Installation
Physical barriers and reticulation pipe networks are installed by our licensed technicians during the construction process — correctly positioned, lapped, and sealed at all joints, penetrations, and transitions. All installations are photographed for as-installed documentation.
Post-Pour Perimeter Treatment
Following the concrete pour, a perimeter soil treatment is applied to the exposed soil around the external footings and slab edge — completing the continuous chemical barrier around the entire structure in accordance with AS 3660.1 requirements.
AS 3660.1 Compliance Certificate
On completion, we issue a full AS 3660.1 compliance certificate with as-installed site plans, product information, and installation documentation. This certificate is required by your building certifier, mortgage lender, and home warranty insurer before practical completion can be signed off.
